🌟 Our Story
We started out just like the VAs we now represent.
Both of us — Xara and Fiona — met while working as virtual assistants for a real estate client in Florida. We were cold callers, fully self-taught, learning through trial, error, and a shared drive to do things well. Over 8 months, we built something more than results: we built a rhythm, a friendship, and a workflow that worked.
We weren’t just doing tasks — we were learning how to lead, optimize, and support each other in a space that’s often isolating and transactional.
One day, between shifts, we asked ourselves: "What if we could build a VA agency that actually understands both sides?" The client’s need for performance, and the VA’s need for trust, growth, and support.
That question became a vision. And that vision became LinkWise.
We’re not recruiters. We’re proof that with the right mindset and tools, VAs can transform businesses — because we’ve done it ourselves. Now, we help others do it too.
